DESCRIPTION:What is PP-26? \nThe Plenipotentiary Conference (PP) is the highest policy-making body of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU)\, the United Nations agency for digital technologies. \nMeeting every four years\, the conference sets out ITU’s overall direction\, approves strategic and financial plans\, and elects the organization’s five top officials\, 48-seat Council membership\, and 12 Radio Regulations Board members. \nThe next ITU Plenipotentiary Conference (PP-26) is set to take place in Doha\, Qatar\, from 9 to 27 November 2026.
